Extract Pro Durability
Closed-loop extractor systems are hand-built from 316 L medical-grade stainless steel – the most corrosion-resistant stainless steel on the market.
The vessels are engineered to withstand the maximum amount of pressure; from 5 PSI to 40 PSI, to support large volume productions.
Every pressure tank has been pressure tested beyond 500 psi and site glass tested to 400 psi. In-line blow-off values will release built-up pressure at 125 psi.
Extract Pro Scalability
The most basic configuration is one vessel, the Extract Pro, and one reactor which processes three pounds of product in 45 minutes. As demand increases, up to six reactors can be added, one at a time, to process a maximum of 18 pounds of product in 45 minutes.
Expanding production is seamless; adding a new reactor does not require an entire new build or any major interruption to the manufacturing process.
The number of reactors (the scale of the production) can be decreased at any time. All scale changes are done with minimal interruption to production.
Extract Pro Productivity
Comprehesive warranties, 24-hour customer service, and on-site support prevents major delays in production and reduces operational costs. Site energy assessment ensure the system is operating a peak capacity.
Unlike most extraction technology on the market, by employing up to six columns, up to 6 strains can be processed simultaneously – for example, one can process CBD from hemp, another concentrates. Thermal lines can be configured inline to control the boil rate of each solvent. All the reactors are daisy-chained with the same thermal distribution system which provides precise control of production lines.
